are owned by Quizerva or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission.

If users contribute quiz questions, comments, suggestions, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Quizerva a non-exclusive right to use, display, and improve such content within the platform
• You confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Leaderboard positions, streaks, and scores are provided for engagement and informational purposes only.

Quizerva reserves the right to:

• Reset rankings or streaks
• Remove fraudulent activity
• Modify scoring systems
• Disqualify users engaging in unfair practices

Quizerva may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Authentication
• Firebase
• Hosting providers
• Social sharing platforms

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or external content.

Quizerva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available or error-free
• Quiz content will always be accurate or complete
• The service will be uninterrupted or secure

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizerva shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
